function of the immune system, it can also be helpful for preventing recurrent ear

12, and folate. All of these vitamins are of particular importance for a healthy heart. Foods rich in Vitamin B

eggs, nuts, potatoes, sunflower seeds, walnuts, wheat germ, salmon, and tuna.
The multi B vitamins are
also very important for a healthy nervous system. Medical research has shown that people who have a high diet of
multiple vitamin B complex are more even tempered, understanding of someone's opposing views that would normally
